Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Cedar Ember Financial is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
