Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Stone Transit Planning and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for survey data. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
