Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Forge Transit Planning and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for fare systems. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
