Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Redstone North Medical is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for production lots. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
