Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Westbrook Glen Care Services provides in-home and community support in Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
