Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bluepeak Lakeside Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Rochester design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for service alerts. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
