Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bright Fox Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Milwaukee producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for release testing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
