Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Redstone Corner Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Louisville, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
