Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Amber Pharma Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
