Ironwood Ember Construction is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
