Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bright Cobalt Pharma develops and makes medicines in Tucson, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for clinical studies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
