Redstone Union Health Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
