Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Stonegate Timber Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around San Antonio. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
