Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Westbrook Ivory Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
