Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Rivermark Sparrow Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Pittsburgh focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for field visits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
