Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Summit Fern Energy Group is an energy provider in Boise focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for usage data. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
