Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Silverline Bridge Inspection Services Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for certifications. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
