Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Northwind Basin Civic Services is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
