Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Corner Medical Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for production lots. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
