Rivermark Stone Transit Planning Partners helps transport agencies around Orlando design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
