Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Fernwood Meridian Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for client sites. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
