Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Ironwood Haven Medical Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 97 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for device records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
