Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Raleigh, NC)

Rivermark Wren Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Raleigh focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
