Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Raleigh, NC)

Redstone Forge Care Services Partners supports families and individuals in Raleigh with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
