Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Lumen North Construction and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for permits. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
