Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Pittsburgh, PA)

Fernwood Kestrel Financial serves customers across Pittsburgh with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
