Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Phoenix, AZ)

Harborlight Wren Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Phoenix region, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for usage data. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
