Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Philadelphia, PA)

Ironwood Birch Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Philadelphia region, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 520 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for outage response. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
