Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Sparrow Environmental Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
