Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Hollow Transit Planning and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
