Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Philadelphia, PA)

Lumen Union Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for scheduling. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
