Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Sparrow Energy and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
