Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Philadelphia, PA)

Northwind Meridian Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for network equipment. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
