Silverline Basin Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Philadelphia serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
