Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Redstone West Transit Planning and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for fare systems. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
