Lumen Quill Energy is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
