Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Philadelphia, PA)

Fernwood Haven Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
