Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Orlando, FL)

Clearpath Forge Banking Services is a regional lender in Orlando with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 414 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
