Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Orlando, FL)

Amberfield Yarrow Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Orlando, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for scheduling. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
