Greenridge Summit Financial is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for regulatory reports. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
