Fernwood Ridge Construction Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
