Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Orlando, FL)

Westbrook Loom Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Orlando, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
