Westbrook Amber Insurance is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
