Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Redstone Amber Medical Partners and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
