We are growing our team at Nova Beacon Financial and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for regulatory reports. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
