Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Orlando, FL)

Ironwood Thistle Medical is a Orlando company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
