Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Orlando, FL)

Foxglove Wilder Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Orlando region. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
