Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Quill Inspection Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for certifications. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
