Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Silverline Sable Financial and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
