Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Harborlight Fox Construction is a Oklahoma City contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
